Before you request

A few useful answers.

Haven is designed to make property care clearer without blurring who approves, coordinates, or performs the work.

Can I start with one specific property need?

Yes. Tell us what is happening at the property. Haven reviews the request, local category coverage, and the clearest available starting point.

Who performs ordinary service work?

For ordinary independent-provider work, you contract directly with the identified provider. The provider sets its price and remains responsible for its service work.

How is pricing handled?

Pricing is confirmed after the property, care path, and available coverage are reviewed. Haven fees and independent-provider charges are shown separately before acceptance. For ordinary independent-provider work, the provider sets its price and contracts directly with you.

What is a scheduled Care Visit?

It is a limited visual observation within an agreed scope. A Care Visit is not continuous monitoring, security, emergency response, or a formal home inspection.

Does Whole Home Management include rental management?

No. Haven coordinates physical property care. It does not manage tenants, bookings, rent, leasing, security deposits, or guest operations.

You do not need to know the right package

Start with the property need. Haven will help clarify the right path.
